Built from Battle-Tested Materials
Let’s talk guts and bones. The shell is made from 12mm WBP birch veneer laminated plywood. That’s not just a fancy wood sandwich — it’s weather and boil proof, which means it won’t curl up and cry when things get a bit wet (looking at you, outdoor festivals). Each panel is crafted from birch veneers bonded with phenolic resin glue, known for its durability, resistance to moisture, and refusal to quit under pressure.
Every Armor case is born in our Aussie facility, where CNC machines precision-cut every piece. It’s not just about clean cuts — it’s about ensuring uniformity across every unit. From there, our trained and experienced crew takes over, assembling each case by hand and following our standardized QC process. Every rivet, hinge, and handle is inspected so you don’t end up with a wobbly wheel or a rogue screw at the worst possible moment.
Function Meets Functionality
Sure, it looks tough — but it’s what’s inside (and how it works) that counts. This case is stackable (because truck space is expensive), truck-friendly in size (1213.4W x 813.4D x 689.2H mm to be exact), and comes with a hinged top lid that opens like a dream. Inside, the compartments are perfectly dimensioned to secure four ACME Super Dotline LED Bars, keeping them separated, cushioned, and protected from bumps, rattles, and roadie rage.
We’ve also gone all in on hardware. Think 2mm heavy-duty corner and edge extrusions, Penn Elcom and Armor-selected premium hardware, and all the fittings you’d expect from a case designed to withstand daily abuse. Want to stack a few cases and roll into the next venue like a Tetris master? No problem.
