At its core, this case is built from 12mm Weather and Boil Proof (WBP) birch laminated plywood, designed to take serious punishment on the road. Weather and Boil Proof (WBP) plywood are made of thin layers of premium hardwood and glue for strong resistant to water and weather. Armor’s WBP plywood are made of birch veneers bonded by phenolic resin glue, giving it the strength to handle heat, moisture, and the general chaos of touring life.
