Processing Time
- Raw material orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase.
- Armor Cases are typically processed within 3-4 weeks from the time of purchase.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will generally be processed on the next business day, unless our sales officer is available to process them over the weekend
Shipping Methods
- We offer several shipping options, including Standard and Express Shipping.
- Shipping methods and costs will be displayed at checkout/sales document based on your location and the size/weight of the order.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the weight of the items in your order.
- For products weighing over 25kg, we require access to a forklift to offload the shipment. If a forklift is unavailable, a surcharge may apply for tailgate delivery. If the customer agrees to manually offload the item, only standard shipping will apply.

- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (depending on location).
- Pick Up: If you choose to pick up your order, please wait for our notification before visiting our below address. We’ll inform you once it’s ready and provide the specific time for pickup.
