A Tough Case for a Bright Star: Meet the Martin LE200 Dual Road Case
Let’s be honest—your gear is expensive, your gigs are hectic, and your crew has probably sworn once or twice trying to pack it all into the truck. Enter our newest hero: the Armor Cases Dual Flight Case for Martin LE200. Purpose-built to cradle two of Martin’s hefty LE200 moving head stage lights, this case takes the chaos out of transport and lets your team focus on lighting up the stage—not dodging broken fixtures.
These lights aren’t lightweights. They’re big, bold, and built for pro-level concert touring and live events. And while we engineered this case specifically for the Martin LE200, gear junkies know other large-format moving head lights from brands like Robe, Chauvet, or Clay Paky may be close cousins in size and shape. So with a few foam mods (just a tweak or two), this case could easily moonlight for other top-tier lights.
Built Like a Tank (But Better Looking)
Now, we’re not here to brag—okay, maybe just a little—but we don’t skimp on materials. The exterior is made from 12MM Weather and Boil Proof birch veneer laminated plywood. That’s a mouthful, but in practical terms? It means this thing laughs in the face of rain, humidity, heat, or whatever else your tour throws at it.
Our birch veneers are layered and bonded with phenolic resin glue, making them insanely strong and weather-resistant. We pair that with 2MM heavy-duty aluminum edge and corner extrusions, plus a solid combo of Penn Elcom and Armor’s own premium hardware.
And here’s the magic: every panel and component is CNC precision cut, ensuring perfect fit and finish every time. Our skilled assembly team then puts it all together by hand—no shortcuts, no surprises. Finally, everything gets a once-over in our quality control process because we know one busted hinge can ruin your whole show.
