ROAD CASE FOR 2x MARTIN LE100 SPEAKERS WITH CASTORS

$1,017.50

This Martin LE100 speaker road case is designed to transport two LE100 speakers for concert touring, live events and stage audio work. The lift off design and shallow base make the speakers easier to store and remove, which is helpful when the crew has more important things to do than argue with a heavy case at load-in. The case is also stackable and built with truck friendly dimensions, making it practical for production companies, audio hire teams and venues that move gear often.

Made for Two Martin LE100 Speakers

This transport case is designed to protect two Martin LE100 speakers used in concert touring, live events and stage audio applications. It is a practical speaker case for crews who need to move, store and set up audio equipment regularly without turning every load-in into a gym session. The case exterior measures 690W x 590D x 724.1H mm, with a net weight of 35 kg.

The design is made around the Martin LE100, but similar speakers from other brands may be able to use a related layout after adjustment. Handles, feet, cabinet depth, grille shape and connector positions can all affect the fit, so a small modification may be required before using this road case design for another model. In other words, “close enough” is not always close enough when two speakers need to sit neatly inside one case.

Built and Finished for Touring Use

The exterior panels are made from 12mm WBP birch veneer laminated plywood. WBP stands for Weather and Boil Proof, and the plywood is made from thin layers of premium hardwood and glue to provide strong resistance to water and weather. Armor’s WBP plywood uses birch veneers bonded with phenolic resin glue, helping the finished case handle changes in heat and moisture over years of regular use.

The case is finished with 2mm heavy duty corner and edge extrusions, along with Penn Elcom hardware. These parts help protect the areas that usually meet truck floors, loading docks and the occasional mystery bump backstage. Each component is precision cut by CNC machines to ensure consistent sizing and alignment, which is especially important when two speakers need to fit securely without wasted space.

After machining, the case is assembled by trained and experienced workers who understand how touring cases are used in real environments. The build then goes through a standard QC process covering alignment, hardware operation, fit and finish, so the case is ready for actual event work rather than needing adjustments on arrival.

    Practical Access and Transport Design

The main functional feature of this Martin LE100 road case is the simple lift off design combined with a shallow base. Once the lid is removed, the speakers are easier to access, store and lift out, which is helpful when setup time is tight and nobody wants to wrestle with a deep case before soundcheck.

The shallow base reduces awkward lifting angles, allowing the crew to handle the speakers more comfortably. At the same time, the stackable design and truck friendly dimensions make it easier to organize multiple cases during storage and transport. Whether in a warehouse or packed into a truck, the case keeps things tidy and predictable, which is exactly what most crews are hoping for.
