Protect Your Screens Like a Pro: The 43in Hisense TV Road Case You Didn’t Know You Needed
If you’ve ever tried transporting a flat-screen TV across bumpy roads, up ramps, or through the chaos of a backstage area — you know that anxiety is real. Scratches? Cracks? Broken stands? Ouch. That’s why we built our new 43in Quad TV Road Case, designed specifically for the Hisense 43GM50D model, but adaptable for other 43″ screens with similar dimensions (with a bit of foam finessing, of course).
Whether you’re touring with a production, running live events, or juggling AV equipment at stage lighting gigs, this case has your precious gear’s back — and front — and all four corners.
Built Like a Tank (But Way Prettier)
Let’s talk durability. This case uses 9MM WBP birch veneer laminated plywood — not just any plywood, mind you. Ours is Weather and Boil Proof, bonded with phenolic resin glue and layered with premium birch veneers. Translation? This case can handle Australia’s sweaty humidity, dusty roads, or a sudden backstage water bottle spill like a champ.
Everything is CNC precision cut for a snug fit, zero wiggle-room, and ultimate structural integrity. No dodgy hand-sawn panels here. Every part is assembled by our experienced in-house team, not subcontracted to the nearest apprentice with a screwdriver. And before a single case leaves our factory, it goes through our standardised QC process — measuring, inspecting, testing, and a bit of polite swearing when needed.
Same goes for all our Armor Cases products. While the materials and processes may sound familiar across our line-up, each case is custom-designed with the specific gear in mind.
So… What Can It Actually Do?
Glad you asked.
This beast of a case holds up to four Hisense 43GM50D TVs, neatly separated and cushioned to prevent that awful screen-on-screen violence we all dread. The lift-off lid design makes setup quick, so you’re not fumbling with hinges or fighting with a clamshell-style case mid-load-in.
The base is shallow, giving you better reach when unloading (because no one enjoys the shoulder dip into a deep box of fragile glass). There’s also a dedicated storage compartment for your remotes, cables, or whatever “miscellaneous” bits always get left behind.
Hardware? All Penn Elcom, with 2MM heavy-duty corner and edge extrusions to take the knocks of the road without looking like it went ten rounds with a forklift.
At just 56.4kg net weight, this case is surprisingly nimble for its size. Add wheels (available on request), and you’ve got a mobile fortress.
