Credit Application Form
Credit accounts are offer to selected customers only to streamline with their accounts payable and operations workflow. Credit account has nothing to do with how much discount we offer to a customer. Customers seeking discount please refer to our sales discount policy page.
Below factors may affect if your credit application results:
- Your company's industry, and position in the industry.
- Your company's estimated financial position such as years in operations, scale of operations, etc.
- The frequency of trading between your company and Armor Cases.
If you decide that your company requires a credit account with Armor, please fill in and sign the credit application form and email to credit@armorcases.com.au.
Credit Control Policy for Customers with Balance Overdue by More than 30 Days:
Customer can agree on a payment plan, or request an extension if they have cash flow problem.
The overdue balances needs to be paid off within 3 months from the date this notification is sent by Armor, and it cannot be extended again.
Customer's credit with Armor will be reviewed and reset. Customer may still enjoy the same discount currently being offered but needs to make prepayment for new orders.
Customers fail to respond or agree on a new payment plan within 7 days of receiving this notice will lose their credit with Armor, as well as any existing discount currently being offered. No new orders from the customer will be accepted by Armor, or its associated companies including Phantos. Warranty for supplied products are voided.
The overdue balance will be forwarded to Armor's debt collection provider EC Credit Control.
