This transport case is designed to protect one Behringer WING Compact digital mixer used in concert touring, live events and studio environments. It provides a practical standard mixer case layout for audio crews, venues, production companies and studio users who need to move the console safely between setups.

The design is built around the Behringer WING Compact, but similar audio mixers or digital mixers may suit a related case layout after slight adjustment. Mixer width, depth, control surface shape, connector positions, ventilation requirements and cable access can all affect the final fit. Built and Finished for Practical Use

This case uses 7mm polypropylene honeycomb lightweight panels, helping keep the case easier to handle while still providing a practical protective structure for regular transport and storage. Inside the case, EVA38 foam blocks are used to support the Behringer WING Compact during transport. The foam helps reduce movement and provides cushioning against knocks, vibration and general handling during loading, unloading and transit.

The case is fitted with genuine Penn Elcom hardware, SA30 extrusion, four medium latches and six large handles. These parts support everyday handling while helping protect the case edges and hardware points. A medium label dish is also included for identification, and make and model engraving on the front and back makes the case easier to recognise when multiple cases are travelling together.

All panels, foam positions and hardware locations are precision cut using CNC machinery to maintain accurate sizing and clean alignment. After machining, the case is assembled by trained and experienced workers who understand how mixer cases are used in real production environments. The finished case then goes through a standard QC process covering lid fit, latch operation, handle placement, foam fit and overall build quality.

Foam Support and Under-Mixer Storage
