These external parts help protect the areas that usually take the most contact during transport, including corners, edges and hardware points. Every panel and hardware position is precision cut using CNC machinery, which helps maintain accurate sizing, clean alignment and consistent fit across the build.

After cutting, the case is assembled by trained and experienced workers who understand how touring cases are handled in real production environments. The finished case then goes through a standard QC process covering hardware operation, panel alignment, lid fit, finish and overall build quality.
