This transport case is custom-designed for the Nexo IDS312, a powerful subwoofer used in live sound, touring rigs, and fixed installations. It accommodates two units in a flat position, which is ideal for heavy speakers that tend to be unstable when stored upright. While tailored for the IDS312, similar subwoofers from other brands may fit with minor adjustments. The flat layout not only improves stability but also makes loading and unloading less of a wrestling match.

We use 9MM WBP birch veneer laminated plywood for the exterior panels. It’s tough, weather-resistant, and built to handle the rigors of touring life. But we don’t stop at materials. Every panel is precision-cut using CNC machines to ensure perfect alignment and fit. Our assembly team—seasoned pros with years of experience—puts each case together with care, following a strict QC process that catches even the tiniest flaws.

Functionality That Speaks Volumes
Let’s talk features, because that’s where this case really shines. First, the flat storage layout. Large speakers like the IDS312 are awkward to store vertically—they wobble, they tip, they make you nervous. This case solves that by cradling them horizontally, keeping them stable and secure.
Then there’s the lift-off lid. Instead of wrestling with a heavy, hinged top, you simply remove the lid and get straight to work.
Need space for accessories? We’ve got that covered too. The case includes a custom compartment for cables, mounts, or whatever else you need to bring along. And when you’re not using the base cover, it tucks away neatly into its own storage slot.
