LIFT OFF LID CASE FOR ANKER 767 BATTERY BANK

This transport case is designed to protect one Anker 767 battery bank, also commonly referred to as a portable power station. It is suitable for any industry that uses battery banks, including live events, AV production, workshops, field service, temporary installations, mobile workstations and general equipment transport.

The design is built around the Anker 767, but similar battery banks or portable power stations may suit a related case layout after slight adjustment. Overall size, handle position, venting areas, port locations and cable access requirements can all affect the final fit. Battery banks may look like simple rectangular boxes, but once foam, clearance and lid fit are involved, they quickly develop opinions.

Built and Finished for Practical Transport

The exterior panels are made from 9mm WBP birch veneer laminated plywood. Weather and Boil Proof plywood is made from thin layers of premium hardwood bonded with strong adhesive, giving the panels good resistance to moisture, weather changes and regular transport conditions. Armor’s WBP plywood uses birch veneers bonded with phenolic resin glue, helping the finished case handle movement between vehicles, worksites, venues, storage rooms and mobile setups.

Inside the case, EVA 38B foam is used to help support and cushion the Anker 767 during transport. The foam helps reduce movement inside the case and provides protection against knocks, vibration and regular handling during loading, unloading and storage.

The case is fitted with genuine Penn Elcom hardware, 4 large latches, 2 recessed handles, 30mm extrusions and ball corners. These parts help protect the case structure while keeping handling practical for regular use. All panels, foam positions and hardware locations are precision cut using CNC machinery for accurate sizing and consistent alignment.

After machining, the case is assembled by trained and experienced workers who understand how protective equipment cases are used in real work environments. The finished case then goes through a standard QC process covering lid fit, latch operation, handle placement, foam fit, panel alignment and overall build quality.

Lift Off Lid and Secure Battery Storage

The key functional feature of this Anker 767 road case is the lift off lid design. Once the lid is removed, the battery bank can be accessed clearly for loading, removal and inspection. This is useful when the unit needs to move between different locations or be stored safely between jobs.

The fitted interior helps keep the Anker 767 supported inside the case, reducing unnecessary movement during transport.
