This heavy-duty groove extrusion can be used in conjunction with our tongue extrusion for 9 mm plywood panels to provide a secure seal between the lid and the main body of the case.
This tongue-and-groove system can also be used for cases that require a slide-out panel built into the side, allowing easy access to specific sections of the interior without needing to empty the case. For example, it is ideal for cases with a built-in rack housing semi-permanent installations that require frequent access.
It is manufactured from 6063-T5 aluminium and is 1 mm thick. Available in 1.5 m and 3 m lengths.
