Let’s Talk Wood: WBP Birch Plywood
The outer shell uses 12mm WBP birch veneer laminated plywood. Made from thin layers of birch glued together with phenolic resin – it’s Weather and Boil Proof. It shrugs off heat, humidity, and road rage.
Each part is CNC precision cut — no guesswork, no gaps. Everything is hand-assembled by skilled workers and run through our standard QC process, because shipping your gear in a wobbly box isn’t our thing. We build them tight, we build them tough, and we don’t let them leave the workshop looking half-finished.
Functional Features: What Really Matters
Let’s get to the fun part. This case has a lift-off lid, so you’re not playing Tetris every time you need access. The castors are built into the lid — flip it, roll it, move on. Wheels: 10/10, back pain: 0/10.
