Every panel and foam insert is precision cut using CNC machinery for consistent accuracy before being assembled by experienced technicians. Heavy-duty 2mm aluminium extrusions, reinforced steel ball corners and genuine Penn Elcom hardware further strengthen the case for long-term reliability. Before leaving production, every case undergoes a standard quality control inspection to ensure hardware installation, panel alignment and overall workmanship meet our manufacturing standards.

Every feature has been selected to make handling valuable lighting equipment easier. The front-loading configuration speeds up load-ins and pack-downs while reducing awkward lifting, making daily operation more efficient for production crews.
The case includes five 100mm castors, including two braked wheels for secure positioning during loading and storage. Five steel castor dishes allow stable stacking during transport, while eight recessed large handles provide comfortable lifting from multiple positions. Six recessed medium latches keep the lid securely closed, and the integrated label dish allows quick identification when managing multiple road cases during busy productions.
