    Description

Purpose-Built for VR Headset Charging and Transport

This charging station case is specifically designed to store and charge up to 32 units of VR headsets, making it ideal for high-volume deployments in training centers, educational institutions, event setups, and enterprise environments. The case is compatible with a wide range of headset models, including popular brands like Meta Quest, Pico, HTC Vive, and Valve Index, although slight modifications may be required for non-standard shapes or cable configurations. The internal layout is optimized for headset protection and cable management, ensuring that each unit remains secure and accessible during transport and charging.

The case features a clamshell-style lid that opens wide for easy access to all compartments, allowing users to quickly deploy or pack away headsets without obstruction. Whether you’re managing a fleet of headsets for immersive training or transporting gear between venues, this case is engineered to simplify logistics while protecting your investment.

    Premium Materials and Precision Manufacturing

Built with ARMOR P901 9mm laminated panels, this case offers a durable and professional-grade exterior with a black honeycomb finish that resists scratches and wear. The internal structure is crafted from 9mm double-laminated plywood, forming individual space boxes for each headset. These compartments are lined with 5mm EVA foam, providing soft, shock-absorbing protection to prevent scratches and impact damage during transit.

Every component of the case is precision-cut using CNC machinery, ensuring tight tolerances and consistent quality across all units. This automated process allows us to maintain structural integrity and alignment throughout the build. Once cut, the panels and hardware are assembled by our team of trained and experienced technicians, who follow a standardized workflow to ensure every case meets our performance and durability standards.

We apply this same manufacturing process across our entire product line—from compact mixer cases to large-format display transport solutions—ensuring that every case we produce reflects the same commitment to quality and reliability. While the materials and layout may vary depending on the product’s purpose, the attention to detail and craftsmanship remain consistent across the board.

Functional Features That Set It Apart

Functionality is at the heart of this charging station case. The clamshell lid design allows full access to all 32 headset compartments, making it easy to plug in, organize, and retrieve devices. Each space box is carefully dimensioned to accommodate standard headset sizes, with EVA foam lining that cushions the devices and prevents movement during transport.

The case is mounted on 4-inch castor wheels, offering excellent ground clearance and smooth mobility across various surfaces. Two of the castors are braked, allowing the case to remain securely in place when stationary. This mobility feature is especially useful in environments where the case needs to be moved frequently between rooms or venues.

Cable management is simplified with internal routing options, and the case can be customized to include integrated power distribution units (PDUs) or USB hubs depending on your charging setup. The space-efficient layout ensures that even with 32 headsets, the case remains compact and easy to handle.

Whether you’re deploying VR headsets for a corporate training session, a classroom experience, or a public exhibition, this case provides the protection, organization, and charging capability you need—all in one rugged, mobile solution.

      • Charging Station Case for 32 Oculus Quest 2 Virtual Reality Headsets features:

        • 4-inch castor wheels for better ground clearance and better mobility
        • ARMOR P901 9MM laminated panels with black honeycomb exterior as a standard
        • 9mm plywood panels with double side laminate to create space boxes
        • 5mm EVA lining all around inside each space box to protect the device from scratches

      Small Wheels, Closer to Edges

Armor Cases continuously improve the transportation cases using the feedback from the end user. The road Case has been tested under extreme conditions. The EVA foam insert functionality proves vital for the safety of speakers.

We have learned from our past experiences that EVA padding and inserts made in segments are less efficient so we have made the EVA insert out of single thick EVA foam to avoid the backlash and gaps in the case which can cause vibrations within case leading to failure.
