This product is as described (black and soft close) however the individual parts are of a thinner grade material. Considering that it is very difficult to find black soft close full extension ball bearing runners this product is good for what it is and seems to work well on installation. Staff were courteous when I made a telephone inquiry and I was kept informed regarding delivery status which was helpful.
