Built for Big Sound and Bigger Speakers
If you’ve ever tried to move a pair of NEXO PS15R2 speakers without a proper case, you know the struggle. These are not your average bookshelf speakers—they’re large, heavy, and built to deliver serious audio in demanding environments. That’s why this transport case was designed specifically for two PS15R2 units. It’s tailored to their dimensions and weight, making load-ins and load-outs smoother and safer.
While this case is custom-fit for the PS15R2, similar large-format speakers from other brands may also fit with minor adjustments. If you’re working with comparable gear, we can help you tweak the design to suit your setup.
Built to Last, Not Just to Look Tough
The exterior is made from 9MM WBP birch veneer laminated plywood—weather and boil proof, and ready for the road. But we don’t just slap panels together and call it a day. Every part of this case is precision-cut using CNC machines, ensuring tight tolerances and consistent quality.
Once the parts are cut, our experienced team assembles each case by hand, following a strict QC process. We’ve built hundreds of cases for the entertainment and audio industries, and every one of them goes through the same rigorous checks. So whether it’s your first case or your fiftieth, you’ll get the same high standard.
Functionality That Speaks Volumes
Let’s talk about what really matters—how this case works in the real world. First off, the shallow base design is a game-changer. These speakers are heavy, and lifting them out of a deep case is a recipe for back pain and bad moods. With a low-profile base, you can slide them out with less effort and more control.
The case is also stackable, which means you can load multiple units without playing Tetris in the truck. Its dimensions are truck-friendly, so it fits neatly into standard touring setups. Whether you’re packing a van or a semi, this case plays nice with your logistics.
Inside, the foam layout is designed to cradle the speakers securely, minimizing movement during transit. The lid fits snugly, and the hardware—sourced from Penn Elcom and Armor’s own premium line—keeps everything locked down.
Corners and edges are reinforced with 2MM heavy-duty extrusions, because we know cases get knocked around. This isn’t a showroom piece—it’s built for the road, the rig, and the reality of live events.
