A Road Case That Lifts (Literally) – LG 75TR3DK Travel Case by Armor
Moving a 75-inch smartboard isn’t exactly a one-person job—or a no-sweat experience. These high-tech giants are expensive, fragile, and notoriously awkward to store and transport. That’s exactly why we created the LG 75IN SMARTBOARD ROAD CASE WITH TV LIFT SYSTEM, tailored specifically to fit and protect the LG 75TR3DK.
This large-format, touch-enabled screen is used in education, business, and event environments—and wherever it goes, it needs top-tier protection. Our case snugly houses one unit of this LG model, while also being adaptable for similarly sized smartboards from other brands. A few internal modifications may be needed for other models, but if it’s big, glassy, and nerve-wracking to move, we’ve likely got it covered.
Materials That Don’t Mess Around
You don’t build a case for a 75-inch screen using second-rate materials. We’ve gone with 12mm WBP birch veneer laminated plywood—a durable, weather- and boil-proof panel that’s all business. Our WBP panels are made from high-quality birch veneers, bonded using phenolic resin glue. What does that mean in real life? It holds up against moisture, fluctuating temperatures, and the general chaos of road life.
Everything in this case is CNC-cut to exact specifications, ensuring a tight, consistent build. Our experienced crew then assembles each case by hand, with every unit going through a standardised quality control process. No “she’ll be right” attitude here—just rock-solid craftsmanship that holds up to the rigours of transport.
We’ve also kitted this case out with 2mm heavy-duty corner and edge extrusions and Armor premium hardware, so the structure won’t flex or fail under pressure.
It’s What’s Inside That Counts (and Lifts)
This isn’t just a box with foam—it’s a fully functional solution designed around how people actually move and use smartboards. The built-in double stand lift means you don’t have to pull a 75-inch screen out manually (which, let’s be honest, is asking for trouble). Instead, the smartboard can be lifted smoothly and securely with minimal effort, and without the risk of accidental damage.
And then there’s the split lid—a feature that seems small until you realise it saves you from smashing the lid against the screen or the nearest teammate. It opens in two sections, giving you safe, clear access to the TV while keeping the rest of the case rigid and secure.
Add in the heavy-duty hardware, reinforced structure, and tidy cable room, and you’ve got a professional-grade transport case that’s ready for whatever your next setup throws at it.
