This transport case is designed to protect two RCF HDL 20-A speakers used in concert touring, live events and professional stage audio. It gives audio hire companies, production crews, venues and touring teams a practical way to transport and store two speakers in one dedicated road case. The case measures 770.8W × 620D × 936.4H mm and has a net weight of 44.7 kg.

The design is built around the RCF HDL 20-A speaker, but similar speaker models from other brands may suit a related case layout after slight adjustment. Cabinet size, handle position, rigging points, grille shape, feet and connector placement can all affect the final fit. Armor’s WBP plywood uses birch veneers bonded with phenolic resin glue, helping the finished case handle movement between trucks, venues, warehouses and backstage areas.

The case is fitted with 2mm heavy duty corner and edge extrusions together with genuine Penn Elcom hardware. These parts help protect the corners, edges and hardware points that usually receive the most contact during transport. All panels and hardware positions are precision cut using CNC machinery to maintain accurate sizing, clean alignment and consistent fit.

The interior is lined with EVA foam to provide cushioning and help protect the RCF HDL 20-A speakers from movement, vibration and impact during transport. The foam is shaped to support the speakers securely while allowing practical access during loading and unloading.

After machining, the case is assembled by trained and experienced workers who understand how road cases are handled in live production environments. The finished case then goes through a standard QC process covering lid fit, hardware operation, panel alignment, finish and overall build quality. The aim is to deliver a case that is ready for regular event use, not one that needs a small workshop session before the first load-in.

Lift Off Lid, Shallow Base and Stackable Design
