Warranty:
All Armor Cases products come with a 5-year limited warranty, which covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.
Armor Cases is commited to the quality and reliability of its products. We offer a warranty that covers the repair or replacement (at our discretion) of any defective parts, free of charge for both labor and materials. Upon receiving the product, we will address any defects and return the repaired or replaced item to you within a reasonable timeframe.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or repairs carried out by anyone other than Armor Cases Service Center.
Armor Cases assumes no liability for any indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of property, revenue, or profit, or for any costs associated with the removal, installation, or reinstallation of products, arising from the use or performance of any Armor Cases product.
What the Warranty Covers:
Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
What the Warranty Does Not Cover:
General wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
Damage resulting from improper handling, impact, or transport (e.g. dents, cracks, scratches)
Damage caused by liquids or exposure to extreme environmental conditions
Castors, internal foam, or carpet lining
Transport and Carrier Damage:
Damage incurred during transport or shipping (e.g. by airline or freight services) is not covered under this warranty. Such incidents should be reported directly to the carrier (e.g. airline, rail, or courier service) for compensation.
Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Armor Cases’ liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the case itself. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to the contents stored within the case.
