    Description

Designed for the Fender Tonemaster Twin Reverb

This transport case is designed to protect one Fender Tonemaster Twin Reverb amplifier used in live events, concerts and studio environments. It gives musicians, backline providers, venues and production crews a practical way to move, store and protect the amplifier between jobs.

The design is built around the Fender Tonemaster Twin Reverb, also commonly searched as the Fender Tone Master Twin Reverb amp case. Similar amplifier models may suit a related case layout after slight adjustment, depending on cabinet width, depth, handle position, control access, feet and rear connection clearance.

Built and Finished for Touring Use

The exterior panels are made from 9mm P901 laminated WBP birch plywood, offering strong resistance to moisture and regular transport conditions. Armor’s WBP plywood uses birch veneers bonded with phenolic resin glue, helping the case handle movement between vehicles, venues, studios and storage areas.

Inside the case, custom high density foam blocks support and cushion the Fender Tonemaster Twin Reverb during transport, reducing movement and protecting against knocks and vibration.

The case is fitted with genuine Penn Elcom hardware, medium butterfly latches, recessed spring handles, SA35 aluminium extrusions, steel ball corners and 2mm heavy duty edge protection. These components protect the structure while keeping handling practical for regular use.

All panels, foam and hardware positions are CNC cut for accuracy and consistency. The case is then assembled by experienced builders and checked through a QC process covering lid fit, latch action, handle placement, castor movement and overall build quality.

Castor Base, Foam Support and Practical Handling

The key feature of this Fender Tonemaster Twin Reverb road case is the combination of fitted foam protection and a heavy duty castor base. The amplifier is held securely in custom foam blocks while remaining easy to access when needed.

The base is fitted with 100mm swivel castors, including two braked wheels, making the case easy to move through venues, studios and backstage areas while staying stable when parked.

Recessed spring handles provide practical grip points, and medium butterfly latches keep the case securely closed during transport and storage.

For musicians, backline teams and production crews, this Fender Tonemaster Twin Reverb amplifier road case focuses on protection, mobility and efficient day-to-day use between shows, studios and storage.
