This flip console case for Midas M32 features gas strut supported plywood enclosure with dog box for the console. This is a case that is user friendly, as there will be no need to place a heavy console case onto a workbench which has to be setup first. You will push the case to the location, remove the top lid, open the front split doors, give the console a gentle lift and watch it push up to a working position, close the door underneath the console, connect it to power and data cables and you are in business. All done without an extra hand.Â
A dog box is built behind the console with push to open flush latches and dual piano hinges to offer full access behind the console when needed.Â
The console is secured within the plywood and foam enclosure snugly and can be removed for maintenance with ease. The plywood enclosure is made of 9mm laminated plywood panel on both sides. Foam inserts/cutout are designed and placed at case bottom and on the inside of the front doors to secure the console in place when case is closed.Â
Packing down the console is as easy as opening the front doors, push the console down and close the case again.Â
