    Description

    Tough, Tidy, and Truck-Ready

If you’re in AV, lighting, or exhibition work, you know the chaos that comes with packing cables, adapters, and random gear. The CP1200 cable packer is built to bring order to that chaos. It’s a heavy-duty utility trunk that’s not just strong—it’s smart. Made from 12mm laminated birch plywood and fitted with Penn Elcom hardware, this case is designed to take a beating and keep everything inside safe.

Its footprint is no accident. At 595x1195mm, it’s sized to fit neatly across a standard 2.4m-wide truck bed. That means you can load more cases, waste less space, and get on the road faster. Whether you’re touring with a live show or setting up for a trade event, this case is built to work as hard as you do.

    Inside, It’s All About Flexibility

Open it up and you’ll find a slotted foam base with removable dividers. You can shift them around to create compartments that suit your gear—big, small, or oddly shaped. Need more dividers? You can order extras and keep customizing as your setup evolves.

There are also two lift-out trays tucked inside. These are perfect for quick-access items like tools, connectors, or anything you don’t want buried at the bottom. It’s a layout that helps you stay organized, even when the pressure’s on and the clock’s ticking.

    Part of a Bigger System

The CP1200 isn’t just a standalone case—it’s part of Armor’s modular lineup. It shares the same 1200x600mm footprint as other cases in the range, so you can stack and pack them together without fuss. Armor’s 1200x600mm sized trunks come in a variety of models suiting different needs some are shorter with slotted foam lining and removable dividers, others are of the same height but have no internal foam lining or structures for maximum storage space, so you can mix and match depending on what you’re hauling.

And there’s more coming. Future updates will let you stack this case with Armor’s smaller 595x595mm trunks. That means even more flexibility when you’re building out your rig or planning a tight load-in.

    Made for the Real World

This case isn’t just for AV techs. Exhibition crews, roadies, and anyone who needs to move gear from A to B will appreciate how tough and adaptable it is. The clean finish makes it suitable for client-facing jobs, while the rugged build means it won’t flinch at a few knocks along the way.

It’s a cable packer, a utility trunk, and a mobile organizer all rolled into one. If you’re tired of digging through messy cases or wasting space in the truck, the CP1200 is your fix. Built to last, easy to use, and ready to roll.
