We proudly present a custom-built road case designed specifically for the Aguilar DB810 bass cabinet, commissioned by a client in the events and touring industry in Sydney.
The case measures 666 × 457 × 1168 mm (W × D × H).
Crafted from robust 9 mm black laminated plywood, the main trunk offers durable protection. Inside, the case is fully lined with 10 mm EVA foam—tough on the outside, cushioned on the inside.
A removable front lid enables quick, hassle-free access to the cabinet without the need to lift or remove it entirely from the case.
To ensure smooth mobility, the case is fitted with heavy-duty steel ball corners, aluminum extrusions, and four rear-mounted three-inch castors—two of which feature locking mechanisms for secure placement.
The result: a rugged, purpose-built road case engineered for long-term protection and ease of use.

I need an Aguilar DB810 case. But I want to know if it is possible to make the back door so that the door opens not from left to right, but from the bottom up, and when it is opened, the door goes down.
