Electric chain motors are widely used for entertainment rigging and requires a sturdy road case to transport them to different locations.
This chain motor case is designed to suit 2 of 1T 611 chain motors by Mode. 611 is a compact electric chain hoist that weight only 32Kg. Plywood inserts are used inside this case to provide solid support for the motors with compartments for cables and chains. The design includes 2 20mm aluminum bars so the hooks from the chain hoists will not get lost under 22 meters of chains.
This case is built with P1202 12mm laminated plywood panel with foam lining before a plywood insert is dropped in. Foam cutout are designed in the lid so that the motors will sit tight while in transport.
Heavy duty Carjet S2, or Penn castors are used with full size 18mm castor board to ensure this case is sturdy and long lasting.
Corner handle on lid improves the user friendliness of this case.
YOUR CASE IS OUR CASE
We put a lot of efforts in our case designs as well as built quality and workmanship. We design our cases to be long lasting, easy to use and appreciated by our customers.
This flight case for 2 of Mode 611 electric chain motors features:
- Penn Elcom hardware
- ARMOR P1202 12MM laminated panels with glossy black honeycomb finish
- 18MM P1801 plywood insert
- Label dish
- Corner handle
- Foam cutout
18MM Plywood Insert
Chain motors are heavy, even the smallest ones. Their chains can be heavy too plus they are long. Handling these bad boys with chains running in and out of the flight case requires something that is heavy duty. As a result we designed the insert using 18mm plywood panel with double side laminate.
A long lasting business means it can withstand the test of time to win customer recognition, maintain a health relationship with our customers and stay ahead of competition.
