Custom Road Case with Built-In Ramp
Case with Ramp
High Quality Materials
We use high quality materials to design our road case such as birch laminated plywood at 9mm or 12mm thickness depending on box size to make sure the road case is robust for ground shipping. We use premium road case hardware on our road case and customer has the option to specify Penn Elcom hardware for peace of mind.
A custom case with ramp helps you to easily move wheeled equipment without dropping it. It simply folds out when open allowing the equipment to safely load and unload. We use 18mm plywood panel with heavy duty 50MM piano hinge allowing them to hold a wide assortment of heavy devices. The ramp come with guides on both sides to ensure your expensive instrument stays on the ramp during loading in and out.
Interior Structure and Foam Cutout
Instrument on wheels comes in different shapes and many of them have a screen on top. To avoid the time-consuming task of disassembling and reassembling screens before and after transport, we have developed a number of different internal structures, velcro straps, and foam cutouts to support and protect the screens and other vulnerable elements of the instrument from excessive vibration and impact on some of the roughest roads in Australia.
