We just built 2 road cases for Blues Cube Artist Guitar amps. These are the easiest cases to make but we pay great attention to all the details to ensure the process is smooth and product came out to be flawless.
A CAD drawing is first sent to customer for review and approval so that customer has a visual understanding of the road case and provide a third check of the dimensions and design. Once it is approved, it is cut by a CNC router and material sizes are checked again by carpenters to drawings to ensure they are correct before starting to work on them. The hardware we choose to use are of premium quality and we also stock Penn Elcom hardware as many customers require them. Extrusions are cut to the correct size and the corners are cut to 45° at the exactly the right length so they form a 90° angle with no gap. Years of experience in carpentry and usage of various tools can ensure the boxes are put together square with lid and base aligned perfectly. We shipped these out within 3 days after order is confirmed.
